She should have about 28 teeth at this point. Take a look at these tooth eruption charts and this should help answer your question. Please know that all kids are different and some lose teeth early while others hold onto them much longer. If you are still concerned ask your dentist or hygienist at her regular cleaning appointment.

Should have dropped all the baby teeth by now
The answer just can't be generalised. ...It does not mean that if you are 14, you must have dropped only a specific number of teeth. Even 12 is no bad, she's growing up, give a couple of more years to her.Some drop all their baby teeth but not all.Thanks %26 Regards,
