i just started using Crest Classic Whitening Strips because a lot of people said it works really good. However, i dont know how to "Really" do the process. i do what the manuel says, to put it on my teeth and leave it on for 30 minutes. but, i dont know what to do after that. do i take it off and rinse it off? or, do i take it off and then just leave my teeth like that? when i take it off, theres a lot of gel still on my teeth though. is it supposed to be like that? for the past two days, i would rinse off my mouth with water until all the gel is gone. is this the right thing to do..? do you use it? if so, how do YOU use it from your perspective? please answer! Yes, I used the premium strips, those are really what you should be using to get the best results. But anyway, when you take them out after 30 mins. rinse your mouth out, don't want to be swallowing that gel stuff.
After you take the strip off you are supposed to wash the gell out of your mouth.
