Just be sure to listen to all the instructions the dentist gives you and follow them exactly!.If you don't, there are risks..Like getting dry root..which is more painful then having the wisdom teeth themselves.

Depends on age and how impacted they were. Just be patient and don't get too training too soon especially with weights. They will increase your blood presure too much and delay healing.

An oral surgeon would probably advised you to get a full rest of 7 days. Avoid strenous activity during the first week or the wound where the impacted teeth were removed may bleed.
