All depends on your dental expeirence really. You need to know how to bill insurance and stuff like that. Know how to work the dental software and stuff. Bilingual helps too. If you have no reception work before. 8 dollars to 10 dollars but if you have some anyhwere from 10 to 12 dollars. They more years your in the more you make. 5 yrs in you can easily make 15 minamum.
Unfortunately you probably cant get the job until you have real dental experience. I know cause I am a dental hygiene student and no one will hire me or my classmates for any dental office work or dental assistant work without previous experience. They get paid (office work) about 10-18 dollars an hour depending on where you live.
