My sister had rubber bands to help correct her overbite, so it was either rubber bands or headgear! I'd take rubber bands!
it doesnt take off time it gets rid of crossbite
I have a nephew who never wore his rubber bands he had braces for almost 5 years, I have a daughter who wore her rubber bands all the time she had braces for two years . . . you do the math.
I had braces towards the end and I had braces for a total of 2 1/2 years. It should be close soon. =)
