They hurt a bunch and the gum swells something horrible so I'm guessing that they are probably still coming in. However, they are pushing my other teeth out of place. Do I have to wait until they come ALL the way in?
Answer:
No you shouldn't wait. If they are not coming in straight and are not only causing you pain but pushing your other teeth out of alignment you will have more problems leaving them in. Another reason to not wait for them to completely erupt is if they do so then it will actually be harder and more painful to remove them later not to mention more expensive.
sooner the better.
it all depends on the person. most people about 18 years, but i got mine out at 14! Some people dont even need them out. the best thing to do is ask your dentist.
you should not wait, as you get older they start to fuse to your jawbone or other issues, go to the dentist ASAP.
no once they are about to come out but no puncturing of the skin the dentists will talk about them being removed, sometimes they are removed later
You need to get to a dentist and let him x-ray your mouth. You may need to have them surgically taken out. Everyone's wisdom teeth come in different. But if they are messing up your other teeth, you may need to have them removed!
No, you do not. The dentist can surgically remove them, usually right there in the office. However, if you have an infectin, your dentist may want you to take a round of antibiotics before taking them out to help clear up any infection. He will provide you with pain medication during that time, so you won't hurt so bad. Be sure and talk with your dentist and have a good checkup so he can check them out. Good luck! (and use the gas!)
No, you don't need to wait until they're all the way in. My wisdom teeth aren't even starting to come up yet and I'm already scheduled to get them out. If they're painful and crowding out your other teeth you should see a dentist or orthodontist soon. They'll probably decide to take them out. Don't wait if you're in pain!
yes you have to wait til they are all the way in then get them pulled mine had an umbrella root on the lower jaw, but i had my two top ones pulled when they were all the way in.
